Returns and Exchanges: 

At AzulFit, we put in a lot of love and care in creating our products and it makes us happy to see our customers using our products while practicing movement and holistic living. 

In case you wish to exchange or refund the pieces you have ordered, please assist us by: 

Returns:

  1. Please use our website to process your return. Please ensure the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all the labels and tags intact in its original packaging. 
  2. Once we receive the item back and your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will process your return. 
  3. Once your return is approved and processed, you will receive a refund for the same amount, this may take up to 15 days, from the date of processing. 
  4. Please note, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request for a return.
  5. For Cash on Delivery( COD) orders, you will receive store credit for the same amount. The credit voucher is valid for the 30 days, where the first day is the date of issuance. Unfortunately, we will not be able to extend the validity of the credit voucher once it has expired.
  6. The customer is in charge of covering the shipping fees and duties and/or return of items if the customer is based outside the UAE.

Kindly note that sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchange: 

We are happy to offer you options for exchanging your AzulFit product/s for another colour or size of the same product/s, or another item for the same or more value, subject to availability.

Please use our website to process your exchange. Please ensure the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all the labels and tags intact in its original packaging. 

  1. Once we receive the item back and your exchange request has been reviewed and approved, we will process your exchange. 
  2. Once your exchange is approved and processed, you will receive store credit for the same amount, this may take up to 10 days. You can purchase another item within 30 days of receiving the store credit.
  3. Please note, we have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange.
  4. For multiple exchanges, the customer will bear the delivery cost.
