Welcome to the AzulFit.co website (“Website”) which is wholly owned and managed by Azulfit ( FZC), a company incorporated and registered in the UAE.
AzulFit.co is an online service for the purpose of sale of clothing and lifestyle items. (“Products”).
By visiting the Website and entering information on the Website and placing an order for any Products, the user (“you”) agree to the entire terms and conditions (the “Terms”) of this Website and related social media accounts of AzulFit (“Accounts”).
You implicitly agree and without express written consent that you have read and agreed to be bound by the outlined Terms of the Website and Accounts. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms, please refrain from using the Website and the Accounts.
Please note, AzulFit reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue all or any aspects of the Website and Accounts at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify the Terms and Policies relating to the Website and Accounts at any time. It is your responsibility to regularly review the Terms.
Continued use of the Website and/or our Accounts after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
You acknowledge and agree that these Terms constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between us concerning your use of the Website and Accounts and any purchase by you of any Products from AzulFit and supersede and govern all prior proposals, agreements, or other communications.
AzulFit (or We) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse to supply Products to any individual or suspend or cancel the account of any individual including in instances where the individual is in breach of any of the Terms.
Account creation and registration:
In order to place an order or to access certain content, material, products or services, you may be asked to create an account.
Since payments will be made online/cash on delivery (COD), please ensure you enter all the requested information accurately. This will prevent delay in the dispatch of your order.
As part of the registration process, you will be asked to agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
You will need to create a username and password. Then you will add information about yourself including some types of personally identifiable information, including your legal name, age, phone number, address, email address and gender.
Please note that you are solely responsible for ensuring you provide accurate information and ensuring that your password and account login are kept secret, safe, and secure at all times.
You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.
At no point, will AzulFit be held responsible or liable for any misuse of your account in the event that a third party has access to and uses your password and account login in any way.
AzulFit does not share any customer data to any third parties unless legally required to do so. AzulFit will only use the information collected from you to process your transactions and/or to send regular emails regarding your order or other products and services. Pricing:
When you make a purchase through the Website, you are offering to buy Product(s) for the price stated, subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. AzulFit reserves the right to accept or decline your order and to limit the number of pieces requested in the order. Please note that prices and offers are subject to change without prior notification to the user (any changes made will not affect orders which have already been placed).
Payment:
AzulFit offers customers various payment methods including cash on delivery and payment through credit card and debit card.
Returns and Exchanges:
You can return or exchange a Product through the AzulFit.co website within seven (7) days of purchase provided it has not been made to your specifications or personalised. Once received, AzulFit will either send the exchanged Product or refund your money (credit note for COD orders) once AzulFit is satisfied, at AzulFit’s sole discretion, that the returned Product is unused, is in perfect saleable condition and with the original packaging, labelling and hygiene labels. If AzulFit is not satisfied that the returned Product is in the correct condition, AzulFit shall return the Product to the Customer. In this instance, the Customer shall be responsible for the cost of shipping and refunds will not be processed.

CONTENT
Content is defined as all texts, image rights, video graphics, and photographs on the Website and Accounts (“Content”).
AzulFit endeavours to ensure to a reasonable extent that the information on the Website and Accounts is accurate and complete but does not promise that it is error-free.
AzulFit does not promise that the functional aspects of the Website, Accounts or Content will be error free or that the Website, Accounts or Content or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. AzulFit will not be held responsible for any viruses or breaches, in security or otherwise, and shall not be held responsible for any resulting damages. Azulfit recommends that all users stay up-to-date and have virus checking software installed.
By posting on any of AzulFit’s Website or social media channels you agree to be solely responsible for the content of all information you contribute. You also grant AzulFit the right to use any content you provide for its own purposes including republication in any form or media. AzulFit reserves the right at its sole discretion not to publish or to remove any comment including those that it believes may be unlawful, defamatory, racist or libellous, incite hatred or violence, detrimental to people, institutions, religions or to people’s privacy, which may cause harm to minors, is detrimental to the trade marks, patents and copyrighted content, contains unauthorised use of third party personal data or improperly uses the medium for promoting and advertising businesses. This site is available to the public and any information you consider confidential should not be posted to this site.
GOVERNING LAW
Your use of the Website and Accounts and any purchase by you of any Product from AzulFit shall be governed by U.A.E. Law and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the U.A.E. Courts. Please check back frequently to see any updates or changes to our Privacy Policy.
