What is the delivery process?

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Please allow 3 to 4 business days for orders to be processed. Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address you provide at checkout. 

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 to 4 business days, please check your spam folder. 

You can track your order with your courier by simply logging onto their website and trying your tracking number. 

 

What time can I expect my order to be delivered?

Once your order is placed, and you receive the tracking number and shipping information, you can call the respective courier company to schedule your delivery at your preferred time during their business hours on weekdays. 

 

Will I have to pay duties and taxes on my order? 

Unfortunately, AzulFit cannot control any customs or duties which are applied on your package by your local customs.
